Can I sell original compositions using just the Instruments?

So if I don't use any loops, can I sell original music without having to buy a license using only the instruments provided from music studio?

If not, can I sell original music using other vsti's without a license (if these vsti's allow for commercial use) but still use the software? What about for vst filters like EQ and distortion?

Or do I have to buy a license regardless?

Sorry, about the questions. I'm not really clear about the commercial use for the software except for loops.

Yes.  Any ORIGINAL COMPOSITION YOU CREATE using the software and any of the instruments is YOURS.  You own exclusive rights to the composition...not the instrumentation.

Thanks. I was confused when Music Studio's FAQ said I have to buy a commercial license for songs that are using either loops or synthesizer.

If you use the Soundpools or Synthesizers that come with MAGIX music products, then you will need to purchase the Pro licence from our Catooh website.

The Pro licence allows you to distribute on Youtube or sell privately any original music arrangements that you make with MAGIX Soundpools or Synthesizers. Please remember that each version of the software has it's own licence and the actual Soundpools (17,18 and 19) have their own seperate licences and you will need to purchase each one.

That just didn't made sense to me if even if I made a completely original song I have to pay another $20-40 license just because I used their instuments which brings me to my next question which might be a little bit silly.

Does the license cover for every song I produce or do I have to buy one each time per song?
