Can I make it so that people can download mp3 files from my site?

I am using Website Maker. If I put an mp3 file onto my site, loading it into my uploads - is there any way I can allow people to download it (rather than just playing it from within the site)

I suggest packing the MP3 file(s) into a archive file (e.g. ZIP) and uploading that into the "Other" category of your upload items. This will enable you to place it on your website as a downloadable item, rather than automatically integrating into the site as an audio player widget. Your visitors would then just have to unpack the actual audio file again after downloading the archive.

Why it needs to be zipped? The file reduction size is minimal and adds a tedious step.

And it is possible allow pre-hearing on the website (guess the widget you mention)?
