Send  crash log:   Magic Photostory Deluxe Ver 20.0.1.62 (UDP3) just crashes all of a sudden

I get error message the the file below cannot be deleted:
   

I get the above error as follows:

The “Crash log” window comes up  (See attached picture #38)

I click button “Send crash log”

I see “Send crash log” pop up window

I click “Send” button  (See attached picture #39)

I see small window “The crash log could not be sent.” With OK button

I click “OK” button   

I see small window “  (See attached picture $40)
