Why would I purchased ANYTHING else from Magix when I bought editpro 15 and cant get it registered therefore cant get the encoders needed to edit audio.
Worse yet, I cant get Magix to response to a help ticket.

Man for crying out loud, fix your registration / activation process. I am already looking for a replacement for Magix as I CANT USE THE PRODUCTS I BOUGHT !!!!

This has happened to far too many people. I did not have any problem registering after I realized that I was using the reg code for the "system repair" program that came with my down-loaded copy of MEP16 instead of the one for my program. The email with the reg info was not that clear. I have bought several programs from Magix and still find that they are the best for the money.

Try going to their Facebook site and bitching there.
