burning to DVD

Why is it that when I go to burn a movie which I recorded through the Magix program and works fine, it seems straight forward, but after 4-5+ times, it just encodes, etc through the 5 steps (for about an hour) and then when it comes to writing to disc (DVD), it quickly says "internal error" and then stops?
Please help me out!

Ave 1, I am having the same problem. I thought it might be my DVD Burner, but I was able to output the file to a WMV and burn it in my Magix Video Deluxe 2 program. I do believe that there isa problem with my Magix Edit Pro 14 Plus program, but so far no luck finding that needle-in-a-haystack on the question & answer sight, and I'm sure I won't be able to find an answer thru their email support link. Don't think that works...LOL It is frustrating!
