I have Version 9. I am having a problem that I click on "finish film" and if necessary do some editing but when i burn the DVD there is sound but no pictures!! I then try again and I get a message saying "is this the file you wish to burn" with options for encoding. I click on "encode all", burn the DVD again and it plays OK. What am I doing wrong initially?? Any help would be appreciated. I must add I am not a computer expert.
