Hi and welcome to the forum.

Assuming you mean that the DVD player resumes from the last point after stopping, removing the disc and then playing it again - then this is not possible as the player does not keep a record of the stop point at which a particular disc has been removed.

The only option you have is to add Chapter markers at relevant points to facilitate skipping in the player, however AFAICS, Rescue Your Video Tapes/Video Saver does not have this feature .
