Burning as a video only

HI, using MEP 11 + on a vista PC. The software seems unable to save the Edited video to the Hard Drive as a use anywhere video, I cant get Exporting it to the hard drive as a MPEG Etc to work at all. So I burn to CD / DVD disc, can I do so without all the add on stuff like the preamble index screens which I dont want or do I have to just dellete them after?

Have you tried clicking File > Export movie. There are many different file-types, including MPEG and WMV.
