burning a cd using samplitude 11 silver

is it pos to burn my audio projects (with daw mentioned) to cd? if so please set out the steps for me because i have tried and not getting a result. ive also referred to the manual but that doesnt seem to pertain to 11 silver. much much obliged.

Go to Help files that come with program....I have Samp 11 and the pages there are 53, 255, 256, 341, 453...I would asssussme thats pretty close to where they aare in Silver
