burned dvd is unreadable

I sucessfully can create a DVD on pro 14 ( it says it was sucessfull) but when I try to play on any device it is not readable. I have tried 2 different burners, multiple players. have rebooted, updated, taken the time to reencode entire video same results

Are you shure that you burned a "Video DVD" using the burning tab in MEP?
MEP can also burn backup DVDs, "Windows Media Disk" or "JPEG Disc" and these may not be playable in standard DVD players.

Are you sure that the encoder settings are right? NTSC works for Canada, the U.S and Japan, and PAL works in Australia. Sometimes the program defaults to PAL and won't be read by some dvd players.
