Hi

We need more information -

Has this been working before or is this the first DVD burn you have tried?

Have you changed brand of disc?

Are your Burn routins up to date? - they are available here

Has anything changed on the computer since you last burned a DVD?

Tip:  Use rewriteable DVD's for the initial burns of a project, once the project is correct and plays as you require then burn to DVD.  This saves you money as you can reuse the rewriteables and saves producing duff discs.

John
