@Kermit-Harrison

Hi

What is the default browser you are using?

Can you post a screenshot or the error message?

The browser in question is built in web designer pro, when I select "New from Content Catalog" a window pops up which does not look like a normal browser window, selections are made from there. It does not use any installed browser on my machine (which are all updated) but a reduced version of Magix's browser.

Hi

Try setting a different browser, eg Firefox, but not Edge, as the Windows default for opening web pages.

When open the Online Catalogue it should look like this:

My "Default browser" is Edge, there was an IE Browser on the machine, I deleted all traces of IE and Edge is the default, it now dies and doesn't give me a browser failure. It is looking for an IE component. I'll try Chrome and Firefox tomorrow but I think something is coded in the Magix software looking for IE. If left waiting Xara fails and goes away, I didn't see that part but it happened twice. (as I was at dinner), IE was recently dropped as a supported browser and I suspect Xara has not removed its component.

Did you by any chance remove Microsoft WebView 2?

If so re-install it from here it is a needed componet
