Bonus Points

Can anyone please help me with a problem I am having.My account states.
Amount of collected points                             302.
Amount of points not yet activated                  152.
Amount of available points for exchange.         150.

The amount of available points are with me for awhile. Can anyone tell me how these 152 points are activated. Help please.

The points will be activated automatically two weeks after you have purchased the product. To get an overview of your collected points they will be shown as soon as you have bought the product, but cannot be redeemed.
