Hi

What you click depends on what you have done previously:-

If you have just reloaded the project to burn another DVD and: -

1.  made no changes to it then click Yes

2.  made changes then click No - you will also be asked if you want to re-encode click Encode All

VOBs are the video files which are burned to DVD.

Thank you John, When I actually went back on to burn, that box did not say 'yes or no' it just said

 encode all - encode - use all - use  so I clicked encode all. I have burnt a copy and watched it, a few minor hitches but I am happy that I have 3 months worth of editing that I can watch and show my friends. Once again, thank you for your help.
