Bad image from the VHS tapes

My software is Magix Video Easy Save 6 with a Magix USB videowandler 2 and the incoming VHS image is trembling. How can i fix this problem?

A couple of questions for you. What are your system specs such as RAM, CPU and Operating system version, also does this only happen after you have imported the vhs tape or does it happen when you play the tape on a TV monitor?
