Authentication error for Music Maker 14. ORIGINAL DISC will will not authenticate

Installed Music Maker 14 right of the box bought from store and when you try to run the program, with ORIGINAL DISC . Start program and it says "Checking CD/DVD". I then get "Disc Verification error, this disc could not be verified to be valid original. Please insert the original disc and try again. click OK and it shuts the program down again. I get the same message each time.

It will be much better and quicker if you contact Magix support

(choose your country sign in as you did here if needed)

and explain to them problem. Link below if for UK
