Hi, why can't I register the audio plugin union - coreFX VolumeFormer with the serial number, it keeps telling me that it is incorrect..and I copy it from my products???

@Josip-Mikuli Maybe you installed the wrong version? Did you download and install the version from the Music Maker in-app-store or the version from Magix.com or was it included in a download manager as a bonus for Samplitude?

I downloaded from Magix.com, I think it was a bonus..

@Josip-Mikuli It's always very confusing on how these bonus softwares work. It might be possible they only work with program they came with. So, in case you got it with Music Maker it might only work in Music Maker. If you got it with Samplitude it might only work with Samplitude. If you got a stand-alone license it should work with any audio software that can load effect plugins.

I think the best recommendation is to contact customer support at infoservice@magix.net and ask them for assistance on how to correctly activate the software.
