audio cleaning lab 15 deluxe

Have recenty purchased Audio Cleaning Lab 15 Deluxe but when running this my speakers are mute.

The speakers work fine usually - it's just when trying to run the Cleaning Lab that they fail.

I have a Trust 5.1 Surround Sound Card SC-5100 and am not sure if this is compatible.

Can anyone offer any advice please?

If you open the program Audio Cleaning Lab and then press "P" on the keyboard, you should have opened the "Play perameters"

Here look for device and make sure that it shows the Trust USB device.

If it does, and you still get no sound, then there is a compatibility issue somehow. MAGIX support would need to be involved.
