After recording off vinyl, spectral shows graphics of a full recording. However when playing back the recording it has some dead area of sound

I think we need rather more detail from you, please. Can you tell us exactly how you have your system set up to create these recordings, what connections etc.? Then, can you explain in rather more detail about some dead area of sound? Are these "dead areas" blank on the screen or are they "dropouts" (silences) during playback? A screen shot of the workscreen with your file loaded might also be very useful.
