Artists list

When I forst started to load my music, the load was VERY slow. I then registered the product and the load was very fast. However since registering, all of the new songs I've loaded (4000) are not listed in my Artist column, only those listed before I registered. Help.

What program are you using and what "loading" functionality are you referring to? Is this about the audio file import/analysis process in Mufin MusicFinder by any chance?

I'm not sure about the problem you're describing and the statement about speeding up the process by registering is a little confusing. However, I suggest that you just make sure again that you're following the right procedure and use the "Import" function to manually locate and add the relevant audio files on your hard drive again. If that doesn't seem to help, you might want to contact Magix technical support. Make sure to include a detailed problem description.
