I stand corrected. ▲ You CAN "copy and paste" an entire arrangement into another arrangement. Thanks nihon94.

Well, no...and yes.
IGNORE [You can't just import an entire "arrangement" as a whole into a new arrangement. Unfortunately, it's not THAT simple. You can save it with a different name and make changes or add things to it.] IGNORE
You CAN import the parts into another arrangement and reconstruct it. Audio files, like soundpool objects, can be imported directly as normal. You can export them first with any effects or changes made OR import them "dry" and add the effects back into the new arrangement. MIDI objects have to be exported as a MIDI object from within Vita, OR can be exported individually (or by the track(s)) as an audio file from the arranger.
Another option is to export parts of it, or the whole thing, as an audio file and import that.
As Procyon has already told you some points here is an other way I often use.
An explanation only if you want to transfer one saved project to an other project.
Example if there are two different saved project files such as project A.mmm and project B.mmm Open either project A or B then copy the entire project. Ctrl+C.
Open the other project and PASTE Ctrl+ V the copied project below the opened project:(or leaving one empty track)
Example: You opened project "A" and copied entirely then you opened project "B" please paste the project "A" under project "B". It will be helpful if you leave one empty track and paste. By doing that you will know from where you project "A" is started
Now you got both project save this project by giving a new name(Save as). You can start editing and when you are done you can export your audio file.

thanks nihon94 and procyon, what I did was use your answers, experimented and went on with that and added complete arrangements together to create one song; what I did was go to edit and "copy objects", then loaded the arrangement I wanted to add on to; I continue to experiment...
