If I made a track created using revolta 2 or beatbox 2, would I be able to legally sell the songs I had made using these sounds as long as I do not include soundpools?

Yes, as long as the composition is entirely your own.

The synth's and BeatBox are simply tools. However, you are not permitted to clone the instruments (software) and sell them as your own.

Revolta is a very good general purpose synth. There are also dozens of other VSTi synths and instrument plug-in's available for free on the internet, if you'd like a greater variety of sound possibilities.
