Properly structured and complete Magix soundpools, the way they come with Music Maker, are usually not free. You can buy them on Catooh. If you're just looking for any samples and audio content that you could use in conjunction with your Music Maker, you'd probably also find enough free stuff all over the Internet. This is the first hit in a Google search I just did:
We had a similar topic before, where someone listed a whole bunch of free sample and loops resources. Maybe you can dig it up. The quality you will find is probably not as consistent as some well-crafted sample library you can buy from the reputable manufacturers in that area, though.
I found some really nice libraries on eBay for cheap and lots of the samples can be timestretched and pitch adjusted. Using samples is becoming an art form in and of itself, but make sure you are the end user license holder. Truth be known, the soundpools are a bit limiting until you learn how to slice and dice them. Having the same lick in six different pitches is okay for a beginner, but once you learn to use the resample/timestretch feature and the "t" key to your advantage you'll really begin to fly! Again, skip the sounpools and grab a couple loop libraries. You can expect to spend anywhere from $30 and up for something decent, but it's far better than the pre-packaged stuff you get in the "Soundpool" collections. (No offence.)
...in one reply below, there is a link mentioned, to a site called
<< topsamplesites >>
I would strongly advise you not to visit this site?
I have a very 'alert' virus checker / firewall and so on, and it said the site was VERY dangerous, and nasty 'lurgies' were waiting to pounce on anyone who visited!
~ I hope that helps anyone reading here to avoid danger to their computers!

Looperman is a free community where people upload samples/loops, tracks, accapellas (ect) you can browse through their loops by genre and type, and its all free. all you have to do is make an account. its also a really great place to show off and get reviews on your finished work. they also have tutorials to help you with producing your tracks/songs. i use looperman to get most of my samples and the feedback that is provided is very helpful.
