Alpha channel support

I am trying to use a .MOV file which consists of a lower third title bar. The file tech specs shows it as a lower third with transparent alpha channel. However, when I drop the file in the Video Pro X5 timeline, it has a black background. Cant figure out how to change the black background to transparent. Thanks in advance.

But the black background IS transparent! I know it seems counter-intuitive but if you simply place any other video on a higher track on the timeline, your lower thirds title bar will appear as the lower third of the screen with the "other" video seeming to be behind it! Give it a try.
