What type of Website Maker account are you using? I assume it's a free one. This one will display some ads (of course). Check here for the details on the different account types:

Only the paid "Easy" and "Deluxe" Website Maker accounts are free of ads.

Hi,

think you mean Website Maker or Online Album Website right? Last week some friends of mine received an special offer from Magix regarding this issue by email.
It was possible to remove all ads from the website after paying $/€9,99 one time fee. If you havent't received this email you should contact the Magix support (http://support.magix.net). I'm sure they are able to help you to use this offer.
