Adding photos

Russell-Young wrote on 1/17/2023, 11:37 PM

When I click the Wizard in Photostory Deluxe 2023 to start it request I manually drop the photos on the timeline but it cannot be done in mass. Each photo has to be clicked one by one to add, how can add ALL photos to be placed on the timeline at one time all at once?

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Which wizard are you using? Is there any reason why you are working this way? Arguably, it is "easier" to not use one, IMO.

If you simply want to add images to a PS project you can do so by selecting all, or as many of them as you want to use in the folder where they are saved and clicking on the insert (down-arrow) icon which shows on each image. They will then be inserted (in alphanumeric order) to your slideshow.

If I have misunderstood what you are wanting to do, my apologies. In which case, please tell us, step by step, exactly what you are doing, please.

Hi

Assuming you are referring to the Slideshow Wizard, add all the photos to the timeline first, then start the Slideshow Maker wizard.

Hi,

Use the standard Windows selection methods:

1. Hold Ctrl and make multiple selections the add to timeline by either dragging one of them or clicking on the download arrow, OR

2. To get many in a sequence, hold down Shift, select the first clip, the last clip and all in between are selected. Import as above.

3. Control+A to select all, import.

All selected photos will be placed on the timeline.
