Adding GIF file/picture ... can't see on website

I have followed the videos and can not see the GIF or the PNG image on the site. This IS an image with a transparent back ground

I used the Placeholder process and while I can see on pre-views, after I load the page I can not see the image, just a rectangle with a graphic on the upper left hand side. Never had this problem with the previous versions.

Hi

In the Page & Layer gallery check that the placeholder is not under Mouse over or Mouse off layers and, though it should not be possible unless it has been unlocked, on the Page Background layer.

I would suggest you create a new layer - eg Animations as shown in the image below - and move the placeholder to it ensure the layer is above all others if necessary.
