Unfortunately your first post here is very much lacking in detail!

I have to assume that, when you enter the activation code for VideoEasy you see an error message. Is that correct? If so, please provide a screenshot of the message or, if that is not possible, the full wording of the message.

With that information we may be able to offer some help to you.
