go to magix.com, click the user icon in the top right and sign in with the user details given when you bought acid pro with the upgrade. Under My Products you should see Acid Pro 8 download and registration details.

If you do not see this information there is support contact details at the bottom of the page, the next step would be to get in touch with support to help resolve the issue.
