Hi

I have been having problems with clicks and pops whilst using Ap !0 +Ap 8… First place to start 1;Preferences use slower updates check box = unclick

  • 2 Asio Audio Settings .buffering setting 0ms (8 samples) Increased this up to 11ms (512 samples)
  • Still Clicks

  • Increased Asio to Max, 2048 samples, Still clicks..
  • My system

    Processor    Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8300H CPU @ 2.30GHz   2.30 GHz
Installed RAM    32.0 GB (31.9 GB usable)
    Device ID    82EF173F-84AC-454C-B9B2-669A3585FE12
    Product ID    00325-96482-58478-AAOEM
System type    64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch    No pen or touch input is available for this display

  • Behringer UMC 202Hd

  • Graphic Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti

I run Reason 12 in DAW mode with zero clicks & pops ,I can run Maschine 2 as a DAW with Reason 12 in Plugin mode again with Zero Clicks & Pops. To be able to run these program problem free proves My Audio system, isnt the problem.

I have noticed the Clicks and Pops happen when the mouse pointer moves across the line separating Tracks on the Timeline over Mixer separating lines .

@LooneyBinJim Unplug your interface, then restart your computer. Please select the Restart option and not the Shut down option. Plug your interface back in and wait until it is initialized.

Then try again with ASIO and 2048 samples. Is there a difference?

Asio 2048 samples. Are you joking? Asio runs 64 samples when running reason 12. I have run acid at 2048 yes the latency is unacceptable.

It turns out Acid doesnt like to run using my laptop screen (Intel gfx) 2.5k 144hz using the Nvidia card.

Back to using the 1 monitor it is.
