ACID Pro 10 does not seem fully baked. The download is not the current version, but an updated install will be needed, the View->Melodyne option was grey'd out after installing and running the update, uninstall+install without update and the Melodyne option now appears, but launching it asks for a serial number that wasn't provided by Magix (is this really a bundle). Downloaded and looked at the version 10 manual, says version 9, and all other pages blank (using browser), downloaded and installed Adobe Reader and now the manual is readable, but does not mention the Melodyne integration, talks about loops that are not installed, etc. Clearly not the current manual. Off to re-run the 10.0.3 update, but after an hour of work on my part, color me unimpressed with the testing team...

Update: Installing the 10.0.2, then launching and closing Melodyne, then installing the 10.0.3 update worked. Melodyne will launch, but it is clear this is just a marketing trial version where the advertising for 10 make it sound like a basic version is included. I also see why there is no content, that is a Suite Upgrade, vs. an Upgrade which is unclear, and not how it used to be. All the other extra features are missing too. This is just an paid update of the application o get bug fixes, plus sidechain - which is great as version 8 crashed on every machine I put it on (not computer specific). I can appreciate all those extras cost money to make, but the marketing does not make this clear when upgrading at all.

3 hours taken to sort most of this out (still unclear if I need to purchase a basic Melodyne or if that is included in either the Pro or Suite upgrades. Time for a refund and go back to using 8. While unstable it does all I need it to do before I port stems into a Ableton LIVE.
