Acid Music Studio 11 don't working

Ageu-Dhell wrote on 12/24/2023, 5:10 PM

The software is not working, on the screen that appears loading some files it stops at opengl32sw.dll. I've uninstalled, restarted and installed again and it doesn't work. My system is Windows 11 64bit.

@Ageu-Dhell

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

opengl32sw.dll is a component of your graphics installation. You need to check that the drivers for whatever graphics you use are fully installed and up to date. Check via the manufacturer's website, rather than depending on Windows Update to do this for you.

Thank you for the response. Let's go. I've already checked the video updates, everything is ok, Windows too, and no, no error message appears, when the opening screen is loading the .dll it stops at opengl32sw.dll and doesn't continue. Even in the task manager, Acid stops processing, without an error message.

Hi

We need more information on the specification of your computer system including Windows version and build number.

See this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full, and the GPU driver versions installed.

Resolved! In the Acid folder, after installed, I deleted the vst files and the program opened normally! I didn't understand, but it worked!
