I've got an older Casio digital piano that I run via a MIO cable. Acid recognizes the connection, signals get through. I have a VST soft synth applied, it gets a signal...
...but no sound comes out.
I've been using ACID products since Sonic Foundry Acid Studio 2.0, so I am familiar with the interface, and again, I can visually see the signal making it all the way to the soft synth, but no sound is being made.
Am I missing something in the routing?
I have honestly wanted to start using Acid again since it went to 64 bit, but every version I have tried so far has been utterly unusable. I am currently experiencing a serious VST problem, which appears to be common(going over to that thread after posting this), and really--they removed the stem maker?
....anyway, long story, short version, I really want to get this up and running, and make Acid work for me--I have always loved the program--but this is my last attempt before I abandon it for good, so any help would be greatly appreciated...
...why do I get no sound from MIDI?
Also, where do I find a full manual?
