I downloaded Music Maker to a second computer after upgrading to Music Maker 2023 Premium on another computer. When I upgraded, I was allowed to add new soundpools which I did. But on the second computer, I'm not able to access any of the previously downloaded soundpools, only the new ones that I chose after upgrading.
How do I access those previously downloaded soundpools on my second computer?
@dmstar1956 All Soundpools bought previously in the in-app-store should be listed in the Download tab. This requires that you use the same user account as your login in case you have a new account.
I clicked on the Downloads button and there they were, so any time you download Music Maker to another computer you have to download the Soundpools again?
@dmstar1956 Yes, on a new computer you either need to redownload the files or copy them from your old computer via something like an USB drive or over the network. Music Maker doesn't automatically download the Soundpools after installation.
