Access to codecs.

I have purchased a copy of Magix Movies on DVD 8 from a second party vendor and am unable to download the codecs which would enable me to burn MPeg-4 files to DVD.  How can I accomplish this?  Their activation code does not allow me to register the prodct with you.  My attempts to rectify this problem with the vendor have had no success at all.  I like your product, but am unable to use it without MPeg-4 support.

Hi

This is a users forum - not tech support - you need to contact Magix directly.

By second party vendor do you mean another distributor or are we talking pre-owned software?

If pre-owned, then the previous owner must contact Magix to see if they will un-register the product.
