Hello:

I had to do a reinstall of the program video deluxe 15 plus due to a computer crach.
If I try online actualisering the program asked for my e-mail adress to check if I am a registered user (I am a registered user). Then I receive a form to register the program. If I fill in the form (including serienumber), it says that the program is already registerd. The only thing I can do is close the form, but the program is not updated.

Can you help me?
