Hm, I think there are some littles you can eliminate.

The vocals too loud. The guitar-solo a little bit too and the guitar-solo at the end is much too silent (at ~2:25). The drums could need some support from a different drum. Ok, thats the technical side. Now the arrangement. I think it would be nice if you sing the refrain again after the guitar-solo.

Except for the technical problems, you've made a very good song. I like it and I think it worth to give more work to this one.

*Nice cover but I think its a fake. Isn't it? ^^
