Ahhh la battaglia...sento che musicalmente la battaglia viene descritta in modo atipico....

La musica da battaglia di norma è descrittiva (musica a programma) atta ad esaltare gli aspetti  marziali e ripercorrere le vicissitudini della battaglia. La drammaturgia della battaglia è trasmessa in questo genere musicale dal gioco di sfumature, motivi, temi, dall'uso di toni militari suonati da ottoni o legni e da alcune tecniche musicali come il suonare il violino con legni o rulli. A volta la musica da battaglia è ulteriormente enfatizzata da suoni d’organo. La Battaglia è la lotta del Bene contro il Male, l’allegoria della morte.

Ed ecco che in questo brano si rompono i tradizionali schemi  e si va  ad utilizzare una musica lontana dalla descrizione drammatica. A sentire i toni qui si combatte a colpi di guanto in faccia, oppure a parole. Un po’ come le sfide dei rapper che si combattono a rime. Qui non ci sono eserciti imponenti, al massimo ci sono una decina di combattenti forse alterati nella loro situazione psichica e percettiva (certo , hanno preso droghe per alleviare l’ansia della battaglia).  Allora l’intento di battaglia si trasforma invece in una danza sexy misteriosa (Sì perché ad ogni colpo di guanto non parato si deve procedere ad una sorta di strip-battle, cioè via un indumento e così via sino a restare nudi). Oppure la battaglia è mera finzione perché già si erano accordati in precedenza su chi vince e chi perde.

Ma poco importa di tutto ciò, l’importante è che Emy alla fine sia eletta regina (ma non sarà che si sin messi d’accordo per una specie di governo allargato?)
