For nearly 15 days i have been stuggling with Magix support because of several bugs. First the cursor that freezes at the end of race, then the cursor that blocks when i édit a vidéo object in the source monitor with the input parenthésis to extract the beginning or the end... blocking the intermédiate update that is not done to switch from version 19.01.121 to 19.01.141 after nearly 30 attemps (while the complète software installs normally without bugs).

I tried everything: ininstalling & réinstalling the latest version of Pro X13, updating my graphics card with Geforce GTX1660 V.511.65, which seems to have solved the first problèm but not the second.

I even réinstalled the software corresponding to my prévious licence of 2018 to be sûre it didn'nt come from the PC, and now it works !!! Wivh makes me say that it does not seem to be a problèm with my installation as magix seems to say, but rather with the Upgrade version Pro X13 purchased & installed in décember.

Because all these worries have appeared since that date. The first wortthy was the problèm found after installing the update Pro X13 (version 121) to upgrade to update 141 in the software after installation (nearly 30 attemps to succeed: bugs on the progress bar between 10 & 90% progress).

I am still waiting for a response from the support service via a checkup PC, but i loop. I tried again this morning, and same PC crash problèms on playback and adjustement from the project repository in the source monitor. I also failed to update on 141 despite more 20 failed attemps. I checked the reset of the software's défault settings.

Can someone help me solve the problèm ? Because if i do not find a solution, i wil be forced to considèr changing software because this situation cannot last
