Hi,

I have installed Video easy Rescus your videotapes succesfully.

I have connecter USB tool to my computer and video videotapes flow was correctly viewed on the tool screen.

But when I click to record the video flow, the tool is freezing in 10 sec. After the freeze, I can heard sound related to the usb video key inactivation (something like that).

I cannot go further. I have to go back and create new project to try one more time... behavior is same as previous one.

I try to launch tool as admin (as suggested in the tchat) but nothing change.

I try to use the product with windows 8 & 10 but same behavior and same problem.

The tool bugs when I try to record the video flow by clicking on the record button.
