Instalation error Magix Deluxe Plus 2018 on Windows 10

I didn't use it in a while, and it failed trying to load a video today, so I tried to reinstall it in case something broke, through official installer downloading it and using the installer: VIDEO_DELUXE_2018_Plus_DLV_es-ES_170905_13-48_17_0_1_128 but without luck, allways this error "an error occurred during instalation of assembly component". Could anybody help me? I wouldn't like to be forced to buy the latest version...

Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 1809 x64 AMD Ryzen 5 2600

I changed months ago the motherboard and processor... could be related?

I found that it could be related to this post on MSXML 4 SP3 https://www.magix.info/us/forum/msxml-4-0-and-musicmaker-install-failure--1192302/ but at the end the program works (the problem is that it no longer works with .MTS files, closing abruptly).
