Can't install with downloader

I just bought yesterday, but when I try to install it, the downloader doesn't go past 0%, does anyone know why? 😭 I'm using windows 10 and I already tried on two different computers and the same thing, the servers are failing?

Yes I am, it never downloaded it, i had to ask my brother to download it on his computer and from the temporary files I got the installer, I hope you guys will check the way you provide the installer or offer alternative methods, it was very frustrating. Greetings
