New Update for MAGIX Music Maker 2022 | Version 30.0.4.44

We work hard on our software and are happy to tell you that we released a new patch for our Music Maker 2022. Patch 30.0.4.44 includes the following changes compared to 30.0.4.39:

Song Maker AI:

NEW:
- More AI functions in Song Maker AI
- Improved control of AI effects on the song you want to create via the settings menu in Song Maker AI
Additional improvements and many bug fixes

Start screen:

NEW: The new sound check lets you adjust audio driver and device settings quickly in the Start screen

Store:

The Music Maker Store now includes a new category – "Beatbox Kits"

Onboarding:

Quickstart guide for the perfect introduction to Music Maker

Improvements:

Audio recording: Tracks where "AUDIO REC" is activated now play during playback
Arranger: Deleting the last track in the arranger is no longer possible
MIDI Editor: MIDI commands are forwarded correctly even if no MIDI object is selected in the arranger
Loops: Improvements to loop view when additional columns are added
Downloads: The redesigned download area in Music Maker offers a better overview of all content available for download
Additional bug fixes and improvements (e.g. in the Music Maker Store, Beatbox, tutorials)

Crash fixes:

Fixed crashes that occurred during use of the auto mastering tool
Importing audio CDs no longer leads to crashes
Importing Music Maker projects from the file manager no longer leads to crashes

After updating I can not purchase anything. Nothing happen if I click on price tab in store. The DN-e1 was not longer in my overview. Try to download, stuck at 0 %. Looks like I have to go through everything in store to see if I have purchased it and try to download.

Update process is VERY frustrating for Magix Music Maker premium (and all the loops & bells & whistles that were seemingly going to "included" in this premium update.

Sound Forge 16 seems quite cool but again some issues with cross platform versatility.

Well, as a paying customer, I updated the program and I am very disappointed. The crashes were not fixed. They only got worse. I’m running a 64-bit computer like it’s supposed to. Now my playback is not giving out any sound but a crackling sound and it freezes and sad enough I can’t even close out the program. I have to restart my computer. Is there any way you guys can work more on fixing the crashing issue instead of new displays before I switch to another software program? That would be very helpful. Thank you.

Exact same thing happened to me! This is a great product...but no engineering competency. .lets see how many tentacles we can get into the customer to get them to spend more!

Music Maker is free. You pay for Premium which just unlocks some features in the program (free) and gives you some to download and install plus some coupons. There is no update for Premium, only for the program. The program is the same for everyone.

Again, the program gets updated, not Plus or Premium.

I have version 31.0.1.13 Music Maker Premium Edition 2022. However, after the update, the visa does not appear in the preview, when I insert it, the wave and graphics are visible, but in the preview, the graphics are no longer visible. Where is the problem? Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff and, since this is a public forum, personal data, like your email address, should never be posted here. Hence, I have edited your post.

I assume that when you say visa you are actually referring to video. Is that correct? If so, you may need to wait until another user who uses MM with video can advise you; I have never used MM with any video so cannot advise.

One other thing: MM version 31 is actually Music Maker 2023.

You have made your first post here to a thread announcing an update patch to Music Maker 2022. Is that the version you have? I suspect you have MM 2023. if so, please create a new thread with your question, including full details of your computer hardware, Windows version and version and build of MM you have, please.

In the meantime I am going to hide your post since it is really not relevant in an announcement thread.
