Bonjour,
Lorsque je grave un Blu-Ray avec mon projet en H264 et la plus haute résolution (Full HD) avec la version Photostory Deluxe 20.0.1.62 (UDP3) sur un ordinateur en Windows 10, une erreur interne se produit systématiquement à la fin de l'encodage.
Le logiciel a été mis à jour, les pilotes Windows sont à jour, l'option "accélération matérielle" a été décochée comme indiqué dans les problèmes courants de gravure, le réencodage du projet a été lancé en totalité, l'exportation du projet sur PC fonctionne.
Pourriez-vous m'aider à résoudre ce problème ? Merci d'avance !
