Does not work with VPX13 which looks as though it is passing the wrong parameters to NV - this is for a 4K UHD project.
Works fine in MEP 2021 with same project settings.

Oh dear, another VPX 13 problem, it seems.
But, I just tested it (in 13) on some SD (720 x 576) footage, a transfer from VHS, and it worked fine! I chose an especially "bad" section - lots of noise and picture disturbance - and it cleaned it very well.

NeatVideo works fine in VPX 13 up to 1920x 1080 project settings - even when working with 4K UHD video on timeline, just does not like higher resolution projects.
Will do some more checking as I did buy the full version to work with 4K.

. . . . does that suggest a "VPX problem" or an "NV problem"? . . . .
It could be either, as I said in my second post, it works fine at 4K in MEP 2021 however that is using the Infusion 2 engine.
Will do some more testing later to see if I can pin it down better.

Do not know what I have done ie nothing, however something has kicked NeatVideo 5.4.5 into working correctly now on 4K UHD projects. 😒

I reported the issue to NeatVideo earlier and have received some feedback a few minutes ago:
'The message indicates that the host application (Video Pro X 13) has provided one of the input frames of the wrong size: 0 x 0 pixels instead of expected 1920 x 1080 pixels . . . . The problem is on the side of the host application. Perhaps it has difficulties decoding that frame from the source clip. Or there may be a shortage of memory for the frame. . . .
Will have to see how this one goes - for now it is working correctly.
