Sandro Glavina is an italian composer, named L'Uomo e L'Ombra. The choice of the name derives from the title of the album "L'uomo e l'ombra" of the band "Abstract Music Nuova Esistenza", an experimental group founded by Sandro Glavina together with his friends in the mid-70s.

In the period 2009-2022, L'Uomo e L'Ombra has done 84 albums. The compositions of Sandro Glavina are partly influenced by progressive rock. Sandro has developed a personal style with many experimentations and actualizations. He offers music beyond borders by intertwining different styles in crossover with each other. Prog, psychedelia, classical, post-rock, jazz, pop are some of the influences that dissolve in ambient atmospheres, citations of contemporary music and minimalist nuances. Sandro Glavina aka L'Uomo e L'Ombra plays the music using VSTI synthesizers, keyboards and adds some loops. ... oh,..... nice sound,...  intro,...  wonderful and sensible,.. this komposition,... at drum beginning,... I feel a little time problems with the rhythm,.. it not realy straigt in durm begining (1:50),.................. than it is better,.. but also later  again,... I love dynamic an soft music,...  very,.. and i put this to my Favoriten! Very playful and lovely but with little time problems @ drum!

danke für Deine anstösse, bei Deinen drumläufen ist mir der gedanke gekommen, auch mal wieder, verschiedene geschwindigkeiten zu benutzen!!!

He comido esta taza de té en un pabellón que estaba en un macizo de flores. ¡Intro era el verter el té! Luego, en 1:48 me has servido todavía pocas pastelerías y luego yo me he hundido, de transporte por tu música, en la hermosura del jardín..........

Ich habe diese Tasse Tee in einem Pavillon genossen, der in einem Blumengarten stand. Das Intro war das Eingiessen des Tees! Dann, bei 1:48 hast Du mir noch ein wenig Gebäck serviert und dann bin ich, getragen von Deiner Musik, in der Schönheit des Gartens versunken.....
