AVAN GARD - FRASANGALAGLAV
COVER DESIGN BY LORENA PALISKA
This new album of Frasan Galaglav is a meeting halfway between dreams and delusions, between calm and anxiety. Rationality and madness overlap, contrast, feed each other, because "the fire of emotions never goes off when the music, although unpredictable, is fueled by creativity, as if they were brushstrokes on a canvas." With "Fotovolatica" song introduttiivo, you can immerse yourself in the dreamy atmosphere, then with "Spring for sale" (song to follow) you are in front of impetuous tension in which proposals are ethno-ambient arrays of some effect. "The Sunday of Smoth's Neighbours" (the third song) is colored in colorful fashion (acid jazz, funk, swing, latin lazz) and soon after "Painters around the river" reveals a very striking piece. Here jazz becomes ambient and ambient jazz becomes. A fusion of multiple colors and fantastic shades that can not help but propel the listener in musical islands surrounded by deep seas that elevate their waves ... the borders of the sky. But back on earth is well-appreciated musical joke represented by "The ticlke in the bra" who dresses prog and funk. The album ends with "The Prudent c'est monsieur", beautiful musical construction test in a "psychedelic" by Frasan Galalglav. Goes dutifully thanked Lorraine Paliska, author of "Fire" framework constituting the delll'album cover. The entire album will be playable on http://www.magix.info/it/member/profile/FrasanGalaglav/medias/

Sandro Glavina is an italian composer, named L'Uomo e L'Ombra. The choice of the name derives from the title of the album "L'uomo e l'ombra" of the band "Abstract Music Nuova Esistenza", an experimental group founded by Sandro Glavina together with his friends in the mid-70s.

In the period 2009-2022, L'Uomo e L'Ombra has done 84 albums. The compositions of Sandro Glavina are partly influenced by progressive rock. Sandro has developed a personal style with many experimentations and actualizations. He offers music beyond borders by intertwining different styles in crossover with each other. Prog, psychedelia, classical, post-rock, jazz, pop are some of the influences that dissolve in ambient atmospheres, citations of contemporary music and minimalist nuances. Sandro Glavina aka L'Uomo e L'Ombra plays the music using VSTI synthesizers, keyboards and adds some loops. Sandro isn't a professional musician, composes and plays music just for fun, but his works reach a good outcome, pleasant to listen. L'UOMO E L'OMBRA

Very special, very rare, and truly avantgardistic. My only point of critique would be the steady beat through the whole song - this beat would need a little change, at least in my opinion. But otherwise really innovative - fine fine fine!

Always so immensely creative, and informed by a depth of knowledge about so many genres of music.  Another utterly fascinating collaboration.  Your two talents combine so well together to show us new paths to listen to.  You balance what could be really discordant combinations of sounds so well that they are instead beautiful to the ears.  Great stuff, created with admirable skill.

Cheers,
Nick

very suggestive this type of music vanguard, a combined trance ambient, I think here is exploited very well this genre and I think this is a step for future compositions, it is amazing how two rhythms can run simultaneously on a musical theme .

Music has always been part of my life. I started making music as a hobby for a couple of years ago. I work in an aluminum production plant, hard work but I'm not complaining.

Cheers Music friends :-)

Salut mes amis,

Patrick

Hi Guys,

This is a very creative piece. The way you insert instruments behind the repetative beat should sound chaotic and discordant however, you make it all work and in so doing, open our minds to new possibilities.

There is a lot of depth to this song, you have to dive in and explore.

Great job!

Cheers,

Stu
