The text about the female Bodhisattva of Mahayana Budhism is citing Bruce Lee and his martial arts philosophy:
"Guanyin, also known as Avalokitesvara, the Godess of Mercy, is sometimes depicted with onethousend arms, each holding a different instrument. If in the use of any of these, her mind lingers on one or another, all other ninehundredandnintynine become useless. It is only the fluidity of mind and adoptability she posesses, that makes these arms an asset, a thousandfold useful. As opposed to a burden, a thousand pounds heavy, the spirit is by nature formless. Yet like water in a glass, that has been temporarily shaped by it's vessel. The usefulness of a glass is in it's emptiness. It would be far more difficult to drink without some intermediary vessel, even if that be ones hands cupped while kneeling beside a stream. The problem with the glass is that a man becomes accustomed to it, and allows it's absence to dictate whether or not he shall drink. In reality, water is formless and has itself no requirement for a vessel. The man seeks water yet is unlike it." (John La Vine)
I really like the voice. The song is inspired by Sounds From The Grounds "Pearl" (on the album: "Kin").
