Video Bugs

Hallo,

hab mir gestern die magix pro x version (15.0.0.83) gekauft (bisher hatte ich vdl 17) und bin ziemlich angepisst.

Habe für ein Videoprojekt mehrere Spuren in unterschiedlichen Formaten in ein Projekt geladen (mp4,  mts, und mxf) was am Anfang auch funktioniert (ich kann diese Videos nach dem Hineinladen alle im Vorschaufenster ansehen).  Nach ein paar Minuten,  in denen ich nichts anderes gemacht habe, als die Spuren zurechtzurücken, funktioniert bei den Spuren plötzlich das Bild nicht mehr und im Programmmonitor hört man nur mehr den Ton und das Bild bleibt schwarz. Die einzige Spur die nicht betroffen ist, ist die mit dem mxf Format.  Wenn ich danach auf Frametable neu erzeugen gehe, gibt es danach auch wieder ein Bild, allerdings sind Bild und Ton dann komplett asynchron und zudem hackt der Ton die ganze Zeit.

Im VLC Player funktionieren die betroffenen Videospuren problemlos.

 

Anscheinend darf man bei Magix knapp 400€ dafür zahlen, dass man Testkunde ist.

Weiß sonst jemand von diesem Fehler?

(Win 10, Intel i5-3570 3,4 GHz; 16 GB Ram; AMD Radeon 7800)

Hallo herwigs,

zum Glück ist das kein Riechforum, somit merke ich nicht Deinen Urin.

Wenn Du Videos untereinander in die Spuren legst, kannst Du immer nur das untere im Vorschaumonitor sehen. Auch Frametable erzeugen ist nicht immer hilfreich (siehe PDF-Handbuch, Stichwort Frametable).

Deshalb sind genauere Angaben über Deinen Workflow erforderlich, um helfen zu können.

Bis jetzt ist von einem solchen Bug meines Wissens nichts bekannt, also scheint er keiner zu sein.

Hilfreich wäre auch die Analyse Deiner Dateien mit MediaInfo, damit man sehen kann, welche Codecs verwendet werden.

Ein banaler Test ist auch hilfreich: Programm über Datei, Einstellungen, auf Standardwerte zurücksetzen und es mit einem völlig neuen Projekt versuchen.

danke für deine Antwort! Habe deine Vorschläge ausprobiert.

Programm zurückgesetzt - der selbe Schmarrn.

Habe die Mediendaten der fünf verwendeten Dateine mittels Mediainfo analysiert und gezipped auf mein Google Drive gestellt.

5KPlayer und VCL können diese Dateien problemlos abspielen.

Das faszinierende am Problem ist ja, dass in den ersten zwei Minuten im Programm alles komplett normal läuft.

Ich kann all diese Videospuren in den Arrager laden und auch problemfrei abspielen aber nach einiger Zeit wenn ich wieder auf Abspielen gehe bleibt der Programmmonitor schwarz und das Programm bemüht sich gar nicht das Bild abzuspielen (Prozessorauslastung bleibt ganz unten) und es kommt nur der Ton. Das betrifft alle Dateien außer die MXF Datei. Die wird immer mit Ton und Bild abgespielt.

Vielen Dank für Ideen - ich denke schon, dass es sich hierbei um einen Bug handelt.

Jetzt muss ich mir das auch noch herunter laden und virenprüfen und entpacken?

Sei doch bitte so freundlich und stelle die Textdateien als solche hier online, indem du den Text der Analyse in eine Antwort einfügst.

Verhält sich Video Pro X auch so, wenn du keine Mischform im Projekt verwendest, also das 'problematische' Material alleine im Projekt für sich bearbeitet und vorgeschaut wird, oder sind dann auch schwarzen Bilder vorhanden?

danke für deine Antwort - da ist  was dran. Hab jetzt alle möglichen Spielarten im Programm durchprobiert und bin daraufgekommen, dass das Problem nur auftritt wenn ich die mxf Datei öffne. Ich muss sie gar nicht im Arranger einbauen, es reicht wenn ich sie kurz im Vorschaumonitor aufrufe. Interessanterweise ist die mfx Datei danach aber die Einzige die weiterhin problemlos funktioniert. Alle anderen mp4 und mts Dateien weisen danach diesen seltsamen Fehler auf. Magix hat mir allerdings 59,99€ für den Codec abgeknüpft, damit ich die mxf Datei in Pro X auch bearbeiten kann. Hintennach jetzt noch die Mediainfos der betroffenen Dateien. Die Textdateien auf Google Drive stellen war als Erleichterung gedacht, damit der Antworttext nicht übergeht. VIelen Dank für eure Hilfe! Ich weiß, dass es nicht selbstverständlich ist, Zeit in die Probleme anderer zu investieren!
