VDL hängt sich im Ruhezustand einfach auf

Hallo zusammen,

folgender Ablauf.

Am letzten Sonntag habe ich noch ohne Störung ein Video zusammen gestellt und exportiert.

Seit dem wurde kein Software up date oder sonstige Software Änderungen gemacht.

Heute habe ich ein neues Projekt mit neuem Filmmaterial gestartet und das Programm hängt sich unregelmäßig auf und reagiert nicht mehr.

Egal ob das Programm ruht, Videoclips oder Bilder einfüge.

Beenden nur über Task Manager.

Hier ist das Fehlerprotokoll.

Leider kann ich mit diesen Daten überhaupt nichts anfangen.

Hat jemand eine Idee?

Aktuell ist kein Arbeiten möglich.

Hi @mtb-biker, schonmal gut, dass Du Infos über die Fehlermeldung gepostet hast, aber Infos zu Deinem System (Hardware, Software) wären auch hilfreich.

Versuch mal, ein neues Projekt mit anderem Material, vielleicht mit dem, wo die Software noch funktionierte, zu erstellen.
Es gibt hier mindestens einen Thread, wo der gleiche Fehler behandelt wurde und es sich herausstellte, dass die Quelle, in dem Fall ein Bild, fehlerhaft war.

​​​​​​Das leeren des Cache Ordners und das zurück setzen der Programmoptionen durch löschen der videodeluxe.ini können bei Problemen mit MxQt... oft hilfreich sein.

Das folgende hatte ein User letztens dazu geschrieben.

1. unter C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Common\Cache-Inhalt komplett löschen
2. unter "C:\Users\Name\AppData\Roaming\MAGIX\Videodeluxe29_premium\videodeluxe.ini" löschen.

Vielleicht hilft das ja auch bei dir.
